The Microsoft Office software is one of the most important and useful software programs that you can install on your computer. This software program is extremely useful for various reasons and for various domains and activities. The interface of the programs is slightly improved, and you can clearly see the difference between the 2010 version and the 2007 version. In PowerPoint you have much more options when it comes to creating your presentation, and the act of using the program has been simplified a lot. One amazing advantage and feature is the fact that more people can work on the same document at once. This is very useful especially when teamwork is required. For example more people can write on the same Word document, and the program will keep track of what each person did. The best part is that they do not have to be in the same place when they work on it, they can be from different countries and so on, but thanks to this new feature, the document will be modified online. Then there are the Office applications, very useful : Microsoft Works, Microsoft Office with its innumerable versions , for example for Core (Excel , Word, outlook, Powerpoint), Mac (Entourage and Microsoft Office 2008 for mac), others (Access, Infor pass, Publisher, Picture manager, Assistant, etc). Let's not forget the office web services like Microsoft Office Online or Office products for servers like Live Communications Server or Project Server.

Microsoft is always one step ahead of any other software company that is why they saw the opportunity of developing graphic software like AutoCollage 2008, Microsoft Expression Studio with its versions Web, Blend, Encoder and media. The utilities offered tried to cover as many bases as possible: Microsoft calculator, Paint, Notepad, Chart, Reader, Defender and so on.

Microsoft has released software for protecting your computer and removing the malware tools, business software, project management software and any kind of software you could possibly think of. They have even made some interesting games with nice graphics and the Encarta series that was really educative. Not to mention Windows media Player and all the other software used regularly now or in the past, as some of them have been discontinued. But one thing is for sure: you can always trust a Microsoft product to be high quality.
