Finding Details About the Cookies in Firefox

The problem I want to help you solve is very simple - you just visited a site, and you want to know if it stored any cookies on your computer, and their names/values too. You don't have to be a web programmer to need this, I know a lot of people obsessed about how they are being tracked by various sites when going online, so here's something to help you sleep better... or not!

- First of all, be sure to open Firefox and go to the Tools menu.
Firefox Cookies

- Choose Options, and open the Security tab.
Firefox Cookies

- Press the Show Cookies button, as you can see above.

- Type a word in the Search field, and then select a cookie from the list below to find out more about it.

Once you know what you need, you can simply press the Remove Cookie button, or move on and forget about it. Pretty simple, isn't it?
