I did just that! And although I am not sure that the program will meet all my needs, you were very prompt in getting back to me each time I contacted you.  If I could delete my last post, I would...but they don&#039;t give me the option here!  

I think the program is great and having tried the other program as well, I give BMPro the absolute thumbs up!  Sadly, it isn&#039;t completely what I am looking for.  In comparison though, the BMPro interface is much more user friendly than the &#039;other&#039; one and I now would definitely recommend this product having used it!

Im sorry that you seem to see it that way.

As the owner of Bead Manager Pro software I monitor things very closely and if/when something comes to my attention where our software is mentioned then I will very often respond.

The above article wasn&#039;t written by me or requested by me in anyway but as it was mentioned there are some definitive features to each of the software mentioned, without actually  mentioning them, I thought it was appropriate to do so.

After all that&#039;s what the comments sections on these things are for.

Nothing fishy about the fact that I respond personally to as many comments/posts/reviews as I can.  I simply have a good system in place to notify me of these things and I believe that it shows good customer service to be able to respond to these things personally.

There have been many cases where people have asked questions in forums to which I personally respond and they are very happy with that and end up become one of our customers.

Anyway.  I stand by our software and our service.

I think that anyone who has a product or service should make a great effort to respond to anything that is about them or their product whenever possible.

Anyone who thinks that&#039;s fishy can check us out as much as they want.

We have thousands of happy customers and anyone who buys Bead Manager Pro and isn&#039;t happy can get a full refund in 60 days for any reason they like whatsoever.

Mandy, if you want to contact me personally through our ticket system and cite this post I&#039;ll personally arrange for you to get a free trial of Bead Manager Pro so you can make up your own mind.
