NEW: ACDSee Pro 2.0

ACD Systems has just released a new version of the well known ACDSee toolset for viewing, processing, editing, organizing and publishing your pictures.



With ACDSee Pro 2 you can import, rename or categorize your photos, and view, sort, cull and compare them in its fully customizable interface.
You can also view pictures in full screen or browse in thumbnail mode between 100 file formats like JPEG, BMP, GIF, PSD, PNG, TIFF, TGA, RAW NEF and CRW.
The Visual Tagging tool allows you to examine thousands of pictures for choosing the one you want to use, while Image Compare helps you to select the best captures allowing for viewing up to 4 images at once.
The Quick Search bar helps you in finding the perfect picture with the use of keywords, captions, file and folder names, or IPTC data.
You can highlight the hidden details in dark and light areas of your picture using the Shadow/Highlights tool and fix defects with Photo Repair.

After finishing the adjustments, share your perfect picture through e-mail, web galleries, slide shows and prints.
Don’t forget to optimize your photos, create slideshows with special effects like transition and multiple audio tracks, and even add watermarks.



Save your work in ZIP folders, CDs or DVDs and take into account the possibility to synchronize multiple folders and schedule when the synchronizations occur.

Another interesting thing about ACDSee is the possibility of preserving the metadata by embedding it in industry-standard portable Digital Negative Format.
