Prepare For a Software Pack for Mobile Phones From Google

The fact that Google may release an operating system in the near future is no longer a secret, but I wouldn't bet my money on it either. Anyway, one thing that seems to be certain is that Google is going to reveal a suite of applications for mobile phones really soon. Wait, the best part comes now - the suite is based on various open source technologies, and since no free thing becomes available without some kind of support for the project, Google's project is backed by some top wireless companies...
First software, then the gPhone

Tomorrow, a press conference is expected, and this project should be unveiled then. For now, what I know is that Google's offspring will include open source Linux software into a mobile platform known as "Android" for now.

Unfortunately, there are no other details available, but we should find out about it tomorrow, if everything works as expected. As I got used with Google's software packs, their mobile suite will probably have everything you need to run on your mobile, and a bit more, too!

There's no question about Google's reason - according to latest reports, there are over one billion mobile phones in the world, and a lot of them are capable of running various applications...so why not joining this market, when you have all the resources required?

Well, there's still some time to wait until we'll see a gPhone on the market, but until then, tomorrow we'll talk again about what's happening at Google, as soon as I will find out. Stay tuned!
