		<description>I had the same problem, and to remove it I re installed the OS and only installed the important updates leaving out vista Sp2 as this is when the issue occurs. 

Therefore to solve the issue for now do a clean install of your OS without Sp2 (vista 64 bit).

My system is a Dell D830 Latitude with Vista Business 64 bit OS, 4 GB ram, 4 GB turbo memory, intel 5300 agn wireless and 9 cell battery.</description>
